We review several aspects of B-Physics. In particular we discuss: i) The theoretical framework for B-decays, ii) Weak decays beyond leading logarithms, iii) Standard analysis of the unitarity triangle, iv) Rare B-decays, v) CP violation including the issue of electroweak penguins and vi) Future visions of this field. Based on two invited talks given at ”Beauty 95”, Oxford, July 9–14, 1995, to appear in the proceedings.
